Shipping and Returns

1. How do I return or exchange my order?

Please note that our team strives to respond to all questions within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During peak periods, such as Black Friday, responses may take up to 48 hours.

2. How long does it take to process a return?

Orders returned to France may take up to 14 business days to be received. Once received, refunds take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders placed on Céliane are processed and shipped very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you send a message to our customer service team, but we do not guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.

4. When will my order arrive?

Our UK and international shipping times are listed on our Delivery Information page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with information on how to track your order. If you have not received this email, we recommend checking your spam or promotional folder.

1. Is Céliane suitable for all hair types?

Céliane products are formulated for all hair types, including fine or thinning hair, curly hair, and afro hair textures.

2. Are the products suitable for use with extensions?

We are pleased to confirm that our products are suitable and have been tested on people wearing hair extensions. We recommend that you consult your care instructions as the method is just as important as the products used.

3. Is Céliane suitable for men?

We can confirm that Chāmpo is suitable for both men and women.

4. How can I learn more about a product?
